  The embassy staff are very friendly and helpful (at least towards western tourists) but the place is cramped and completely disorganized. There is no waiting area and you have to push your way through a thick crowd to get any kind of service. Go early and (sadly) you're probably going to have to be a bit pushy if you want to get a visa.
