  Haircut itself was good. However, when i walked in, i was quoted 900som for a basic hair cut, wash and style (which was higher than the norm of 500—600som elsewhere). After the cut, i came to pay and the receptionist said it's 1200som. I asked why and she said the stylist can charge whatever she wants. Needles to say, i won't return.
